Preparatory meeting

We'll discuss your needs in a 1.5-hour preparatory meeting. This meeting will take place online and will serve as the basis for your business topic, which you'll present and do the constellation on the seminar day.

The seminar day

We start at 09:00 with mutual introductions. Then we conduct the Systemic Constellation for your business issue. Together we analyze the insights gained. We conclude the day at 18:00.

Follow-up coaching

Allow the seminar insights to settle for a few days - resist taking immediate action. The effectiveness significantly increases when we jointly reflect on the findings after this initial period.
